Logos Capital CEO Receives High Recognition from University of Florida

Silvio F. Pupo, Logos Capital CEO, is one of a select group of University of Florida alumni named to this year’s prestigious “40 Under 40.” Honorees receiving 2019 Outstanding Young Alumni awards were recognized during a campus ceremony on Saturday, April 13.

The annual awards program was established in 2006. Criteria for the competitive award include making a significant impact on the candidate’s industry and having civic or professional accomplishments at the state, national or international level.

“These young men and women are absolutely remarkable and have already made a significant impact in their professions and communities,” said Matt Hodge, executive director of the UF Alumni Association. “Collectively, they’re a wonderful reflection on The Gator Nation®and its potential to change the world.”

Silvio F. Pupo has a global background from years in business across Europe, Latin America, Caribbean, U.S. and Asia.

In 2011, Silvio F. Pupo founded Logos Capital, the first globally focused IMPACT investment bank (IIB), with hybrid Venture Capital and Private Equity approach focused on socially and environmentally conscious firms catalyzing solutions to society's most pressing problems by financing innovative solutions and entrepreneurs.

Silvio is also active civic leader on the board of several organizations in Education, Social, Environmental Impact as well as on the Mayors International Council for City of Miami.

He received an education in International Finance and Philosophy with degrees from the University of Florida, Milan Bocconi University, and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
